Norm is Partner and Co-founder at Automation Logic and leads the Financial Services practice. His consulting background gives him the ability to take a holistic “people, process and technology” approach for financial services clients that enables Automation Logic to deliver solutions that add true value and business benefit, beyond a technical implementation alone. Norm started his career as a software engineer, and was chief architect on HP’s Internet publishing architecture (Patent No. US 6,687,704). Norm helped pioneer data centre automation efforts in America and Europe through his work at Loudcloud (Opsware, acquired by HP). These days Norm is Automation Logic’s executive sponsor for client projects, guiding our vision of a fully automated world where people are free to realise their creative potential, ensuring staff engagement, and client satisfaction.
Partner and Co-Founder
Kris is Partner and Co-founder at Automation Logic and has been a Systems Engineer for more than 20 years, with more than half of that time spent building ISPs and MSPs before moving into consultancy. An acknowledged expert on all things cloud and automation, he consults for enterprise clients across both the public and private sectors, having led projects for organisations including: the Ministry of Justice, Lloyds Banking Group, Société Générale and Thomson Reuters to name a few. Kris is a regular public speaker and writer, providing a fresh perspective on how businesses can best adopt emerging technologies and business practices to deliver tangible business value.
Director of Marketing
Emily joined Automation Logic in 2017 and heads up Marketing, Inside Sales and oversees AL's key technology partnerships with organisations including Microsoft and AWS. Emily’s background is in working for global tech organisations to transform the way consulting services are taken to market to accelerate business growth. Working as part of multidisciplinary teams, varied and exciting roles have included aspects of: developing and launching new consulting propositions, go-to-market strategy, solution campaign management and product marketing. Emily is passionate about using marketing to promote the opportunities presented by technological advancement.
Vicky joined the team in January 2016 and initially led all aspects of talent management and resourcing for the company. In September 2018 Vicky took on the broader General Manager role and now ensures that the business is appropriately structured; all departments are well staffed, well managed, running smoothly and fit to deliver the company’s strategic goals and growth plans. Vicky is a seasoned leader who has supported technical businesses, large and small, as they scale rapidly. Her appointment marks yet another key milestone in the development of the Automation Logic business.
Head of Sales
Dave is Automation Logic’s sales manager, coming to us with a history of both consulting and a great track record in sales A leader with extensive commercial and public sector experience. Specialising in growing technology and technology services business through focus on customer outcomes, clarity of strategy, partnership and execution for results. Dave is known for his excellent relationship management and deal making skills with a history of delivering over-performance through teams.
Head of Delivery
Head of Delivery for Automation Logic. Nick has experience in developing high-performance applications and technical innovations while working on numerous large scale and high velocity projects in both public and private sector as well as a wealth of experience in merging business and user needs into cost-effective design solutions with effective implementation and scalability always at the front of mind. This has given him technical ability and stakeholder management skills to take on the Head of Delivery Role. Nick’s mission now is to ensure the welfare of all the engineers within the company whilst meeting and exceeding client expectations.
Director of Strategy and Transformation
Konstantinos is our Director of Strategy and Transformation, a seasoned business leader and change agent. Skilled in connecting organisations’ vision for the future to current state and developing the blueprint to realise it, his focus is on driving transformational and measurable change. Konstantinos is responsible for helping the business scale and move closer to value-based selling through outcome-driven engagements as well as managing our delivery partnerships. He is accountable for helping the company consistently evolve, focussing on creating a vision for the future and bringing together creativity across the business to explore, experiment, and redefine what we do.
